Biodynamic Psychotherapy is a comprehensive and sophisticated healing system that works on your mental, physical and emotional health - addressing the blocks we are experiencing in our lives, and showing you the path forward.

Seeking help takes strength and is no longer seen as a weakness
Taking that step is a powerful act of self care, opening the door to a more balanced and healthy life.
Body psychotherapy is a deeply integrative approach to healing that recognises the inseparable connection between mind and body. It provides a safe and supportive framework to explore how life experiences, especially those from our early life, have shaped our emotional patterns and behaviours that play out in the present day and in our relationships.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
I struggle to find answers to my problems no matter what I do, and I often feel overwhelmed.
I keep going around in circles in my relationships, with the same issues cropping up repeatedly.
My physical discomfort and pain are impacting my mood and well-being, and I'm tired of feeling less than my best.
Anxiety haunts me, making it difficult to socialise or complete tasks, and I feel like it truly hinders my progress.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Hello, I'm Natasha
I am a trainee Body oriented Psychotherapist and I have 15 years of experience working therapeutically with individuals and with groups. I have taught many years of Yoga and I have a background in modern dance, specialising in the relationships between movement, body language and emotion. My approach to healing integrates these disciplines to help clients reconnect with themselves and heal from trauma. Through Relational Body Psychotherapy and Biodynamic massage, I create a therapeutic space where clients can explore their pain, rediscover their innate resources, and learn to embrace their joy and aliveness.
